The two congregations that meet in this building are making a difference in our local and worldwide community:

On November 17  PVCC delivered 13 Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes to the collection point in Deep Creek. On December 5 Janet Sydenstricker, Margaret Powell, Gina Artz, Polly Parker, Bruce Parker and Carolyn Jones delivered presents from our congregation for 4 foster children in Portsmouth to Green Acres Presbyterian church and participated in the dedication service there. These 17 children will have a happier Christmas morning because of this congregation’s generosity.

The Bridge Church also participated in Operation Christmas Child by filling 26 shoeboxes. In addition to the shoeboxes they also provided Thanksgiving food boxes to 12 families in November.
